This is the Lunar Clover. Here is what everything means:
-White represents Shiro/Silver Bell
-Cyan represents Chroma/Kaleido Wing (who joins the team a little later)
-Yellow represents Ran/Golden Star
-Black represents Mercury/Lumina Knight
-And finally, green represents the Silver Moonflower.
The Lunar Clover is the symbol for the Guardians of the Silver Moonflower.
