I should probably post this here instead of just me commenting it whenever someone asks lol
frame speed guide:
0 = 0.25 fps
1 = 0.5 fps
2 = 1 fps
3 = 2 fps (default)
4 = 4 fps
5 = 6 fps
6 = 8 fps
7 = 12 fps
8 = 20 fps
9 = 33.333... fps
10 = 50 fps
you can change this with the slider in comic settings

also, if you're asking "why these specific numbers and why can't I just pick an FPS number myself?"
the answer: ...GIF files. while they aren't used for posting to the site (those are animated PNGs) I imagine most people using it will be posting them offsite, so we need everything to be compatible with the GIF format, which doesn't support arbitrary FPS values - you can only specify frame delay in hundredths of a second, and 50 is as fast as it can go. so no 60 fps, no 24 fps (although admittedly I could have added 25), and no 30 fps. hope that clears everything up ^^;

Here’s my suggestion: Change fps to the following:
0: 1.5 FPS
1: 3 FPS
2: 6 FPS
3: 9 FPS
4: 12 FPS
5: 15 FPS
6: 18 FPS
7: 21 FPS
8: 24 FPS
9: 27 FPS
10: 30 FPS
That way, it’ll be easier to make animations.
