My thoughts on 4 Part 1 (SPOILER ALERT):
it's pretty good
Yes there's not that much going on, but there still are a few things such as VAN becoming an LMNOP-like hero, L joining N (possibly the start of a redemption), and the cliffhanger at the end
No 4 character though :(
