I hardly have enough space on my magical nexus with only the commons, and and a few rares! So I think this should be used to upgrade the island's space. The island would get a smallish floating platform, and the structure would change with each upgrade! There would be 5 upgrades.

it would probably be better as a hotel because even with a little extra space it’s still easy to soft lock nexus
