how i vector a sprite:
1- get your sprite
2- trace over with the line tool, make every rounded surface an edge
3- leave no circles behind, they all have edges, all flat surfaces
4- make the eyes a random pattern
5- color the outline you traced white
bonus: some people draw vibri with a round head, but in the vector style they have edges, so thats basically an example of step 3
bonus2: or just make your own sprite of that character using the vector method i explained
