I agree! Although the dummy is weak, it can show you the consequences of your actions through Toriel's reaction.

What I mean is, although the dummy isn't that strong physically, it is a strong influence on the reader due to it being the first time the player learns that their actions do, in fact, have consequences.

Huh, not sure.. probably Gingerbrave (cookie run). He has the worst skill in CRK and even the community agrees. And honestly, I'm shocked he's the 'main character' of cookie run.

I agree, and I do believe there is a reason for this. Maybe the NEO form of Mettaton wasn't fully prepared when Mettaton was doing this in the Genocide Route since it came from a place of urgency.

And because Mettaton didn't have much time to wait for the NEO form to be fully ready due to the low amount of time to respond to the situation, Mettaton NEO has VERY LOW defenses because of this.
