the first and most noticeable symptom is irritation in the eyes as they appear more bloodshot,and the ponies bite wound become more badly infected and shows signs of bleeding internally

is there any cure? are any ponies presumably 'immune' to it?
not yet,but one is in the works.so far the main types of ponies(land,pegasus,unicorn and alicorn) can all be infected with the virus.theres a chance sub species of ponies(zebras,donkeys,kirin etc) might be immune though
mostly via biting,but if the saliva or blood gets into the ponies body in any other way than it can still spread.untreated bite wounds are more faster able to spread the virus in the ponies body
