fun fact: penicillium originally had just their body look like a horseshoe crab. just a horseshoe crab like. their entire body and tail was just gonna be a horeshoe crab's prosoma/opisthosoma and stelson. but ever since fungi got their notable body type (spherical, usually with a horn or any other type of head appendage as well as up to 4 eyes and up to 10 legs) i decided that their "prosoma/opisthosoma" would just be a shell
i've only shared what they look like under the shell in this website's discord in the voice channel so. i'm not showing the public what it looks like because i think it'd be funny to keep it a mystery
