Cream Swirl Cookie was originally created by Yellow Rose Cookie to see if she could create a sentient AI. It ended up working, and the newest performer on the singing scene on Earthbread is Cream Swirl Cookie.
Jawbreaker Cookie was made later to help w/ Cream Swirl’s shows, and also so she could have a friend to relate to.

I don't know the lore but: The first one's cherry on her head is edible. The second one paints and her hair slowly started to have colors on it as her paint splashed onto it.
