This isn't canon, it's only a concept.
1st panel - a henchman or MM himself have made a plan to destroy the museum and steal everything that was left
2nd and 3rd panels - the guards, Frank and people who were there has survived, but some people got injured and XOF went missing.
4th panel - only U and V find out that FOR had it's half taken by the explosion and he just won't wake up.

U and V soon find out that XOF needs time to regenerate thanks to body made from ink he was born with (a month to be exact so he'll be absence for several chapters)
