Peppina Ramen opinion question

Description:
People have been debating whether Peppino and Peppina are siblings, cousins, uncle and niece or just friends, not related at all. So I'm just curious to know what YOU think Peppino and Peppina's relationship is?
For me, I think they're brother and sister because that was the first out of the 5 options I heard when first encountering Peppina.
