According to my Mind, Horror Mario is a cheap knock-off of Look-Ish Sonic.Exe looking Character, with some changes, holds a Butcher Knife. It was in the First Appereance as an Image.
Moving on Mario's Madness: Horror Mario Lore:
Horror Mario was inside a cardtrige, while Daddy Dearest sells it, due to no Money. Once a while, Boyfriend and Girlfriend stayed inside the House, until an Among Us Character (how it's that in the Moral?) gived him a package.
The Package was the Cardtrige that Horror Mario was in... Boyfriend and Girlfriend was confused, so that Boyfriend, due to boredness, he plays it.
After losing a life, the game glitched and Boyfriend was confused, until... Horror Mario sucked both inside the Game.
Horror Mario, menacingly, reveals himself while saying them that You don't-a recgonize me, don't you?
