You are now allowed to comment and submit characters to the EUCS in the Submitted Characters by Anyone tab! However, make sure to read these rules:

- Only submit characters by commenting on this post.
- Only one to three characters per user.
- Do not submit a character that's already in the EUCS.
- Make sure to be specific on which characters you want in the EUCS. (for example, more than one character is named Bob)
- No characters from any media I dislike (Caillou (Classic Caillou only), The Wacky World of Tex Avery (apart from Pompeii Pete, Genghis, and Chastity Knott), Happy Tree Friends, Ren and Stimpy: Adult Party Cartoon, the Banana Splits Movie, and Poppy Playtime) (If you like any of these medias, then it's fine as I respect your opinion about it)
- OCs are allowed!
- No NSFW characters allowed.

So, yeah. Enjoy submitting some characters!

EDIT: Only the first 50 users can submit characters, so make sure you're one of the lucky 50!
