Shadow Bonnie is, from what I know of FNaF lore essentially a living embodiment of Agony or something like that. Like a ghost made entirely of pure pain and bad memories.

Old Man Concequences is still not entirely explained, but it's not a big deal as I think he's only important to UCN. But yeah, essentially, he's an in-universe error message in FNaF World. I think the context of the song is just the supposed events of UCN where Cassidy is keeping William in a sort of dream purgatory to torment him, and Old Man Consequences tries to convince her to "Leave the demon to his demons. Rest your own soul. There is nothing else."

Shadow Freddy was an EXTREMELY rare easter egg in FNaF 2. He's a bit similar to Golden Freddy, sometimes you'd see him on the cameras in parts and service, and if you look at him too long, he crashes the game. He also appears in the FNaF3 cutscene minigames, but has been pretty much absent from the series since.
