This is my ending for LHDA:
After the flashback, A revives herself and starts to remember her past self again. She then frees S. The letters leave her cave and find C, G, J, Ñ, and P, who are now ghosts. Along with healed B, rebuilt H, and freed T. A apologizes for all her bad actions, and the letters forgive her, before they decide to kill M and O for causing A's villainy and all the suffering.
