This took a while anyway so your not confused
Lunar Flower Dragon cookie is my new OC who is Lotus Dragon's sister so they basically have a Celestia and Luna relationship

She just became too powerful and Lunar Flower couldn't control it anymore,

Lotus blasted her to the moon

So basically I based this off of Luna and Celestia from MLP
