to sum up the first frame Minnie leaves mickey for Mortimer then his best friends Goofy and Donald die in a horribly accident in front of mickey leading to the death of both of them and mickey blames himself because he could of saved them spiraling him into depression until he starts taking drugs to relieve all the pain even killing off Pete the cat for some more of it.
