Ultra M i dunno.
Reason: Ultra M had killed BF, Shadow Freddy only stayed in Nights, so it might be weak, or in the Shadows he lives, as an Animatronic, aswell days too in shadows, but he stays only in shadows, so like...
That's why i dunno.

I have to say I would pick Shadow Freddy on this one. While Ultra M did kill BF, reminder that he's inside the cartridge, and most people wouldn't use it. However, Shadow Freddy is inside a Arcade Machine, and it looks highly unsuspicious.
