TSC is definitely americain. unless you're talking about Indigenous australian than for me red wouldn't be australian. I think yellow is asian, like filipino or something, but i see how he can be german. Green is probably latino or mexicain from some characteristics for me, but i see how he's canadian, and blue's either french or russian (Hope I didn't cause controversy)
