All you need is youtube, a voice recorder, and something to isolate the noise.

I think I have a voice that's PERFECT for Dodgeville but- I've never voice acted and I don't have a youtube- maybe I could send the audition for the role on discord?- idk I'm sorry-

@Oshawottcyan Ok, so just, for the audition, all you need to do is

Improv.
As you've seen with how their voice is and their personality, try to come up with 2 or 3 lines that they'd say. Then record your voice saying those lines in the Voice of the character. Lastly, upload it in a UNLISTED Video. UNLISTED.. If you can only record on your Phone, make sure the Audio is Isolated and has no Background Noise, so do the recording in a closet or something, if you can. If you have to, use a recording / video software on mobile.

@BoxBoi ah- I'm sorry I don't think I'll be able to do this- I'm grounded from my computer rn bc I said not o my mom and it would be really easy to do it on that but, I also don't have a single room in my house either any background noise- I'm sorry-

i could try to do motivational poster. i have a youtube account. reborn's dumpsterfire. the main issue are my siblings being usually in the same room with me and i only have a laptop. (also i sound much younger than i actually am 😭)

Hmmmm. Could you do an audition video for me?
All you gotta do is record your voice saying a few lines that your character would say. Make sure it's unlisted.
Also, a good way to isolate bg noise like your siblings is going in a different room if you can or going into a closet, due to closets being good for these kinds of things.
