G toilet was possibly the commander of the Astros earlier on based on all the evidence. Detainer Astro toilet said “do you know the punishment for treson commander” so at one point he was the Astro commander but most likely just wanted to get a bit of their technology to use for there own or find out their weaknesses. The tv men seem really mad about the picture of g man. Maybe the Astros are trying to convert jimmy back into a Astro. Who knows?
This is all just my theory
There is also the theory that g man was a failed Astro so they let him back on the toilets side OR he started going on a rampage in their base so they had to ship him off
