Description:
This is for my hypothetical future cartoon, with the working title of "Spirits & Plains". The basic plot follows two siblings, Sally and Sully Cadence as they moved to Venezuela with their mother, of which while out on a walk, they encountered El Silbón. After a whistling competition, of which Silbón lost, they make Silbón their friend for all time. And shenanigans insue.

To be fair and honest, Sully is a paranormal investigator, well- not an investigator, more like a paranormal historian, but yeah.
He is a paranormal historian and an aspiring musician, which both pathways help out since he and his sister are now friends with a ghost that whistles.
So, even if it's unintentional, the Shaggy influence works.
