yeah it is. i was working on Rika's folder and everything there is gone too but my HSR folder is still intact
i seriously dont think this studio should have SO many mods if theres not nearly as many user folders. there should be a feature where we can password protect certain folders so that only a single user can access them, but the owner of the studio has to give them (cont. in comms)

permission and confirm said folder or ask the user for the password they want and lock it themself.
and no i cant access version history just so yk lol
