For me, probably Baldi, because Miss Delight stops moving if a light shines on her, meanwhile Baldi doesn't do that. But yet again, Baldi slaps his ruler and apparently has a few second cool down before he slaps it again. BUT, the more notebooks you collect, the more faster Baldi starts going.

I'd feel more fear instantly from Miss Delight (i mean look at her)
But Baldi is worse since he doesn't stop moving and he can hear you anywhere

I say Miss Delight. She looks creepier than Baldi, looks like a deceased Goldilocks, possibly the TRUE antagonist of the Magic School Bus, would eat your body, finding her being a terrible teacher if she was one, reminds me of a CREEPIER version of Coronation Peach, & if she plays an instrument or sing, she’ll be the worst! Then again, I was unprepared for Poppy Playtime Chapter 3 since it came out last month.

Baldi. All I have to do for Miss Delight is see her and be in a bright place and she stop.
