Basically this au is about Claire Foley surviving the incident getting amnesia and Hershel dieing in a car crash on the day of the incident.She can only remember Hershel.Dimitri has been trying to get her to remember him,but ended up making Claire filing a restraining order on Dimitri.As Claire thinks he's just a stalker.
