how do i make an artist i really like not support kuma anymore?

story;

i'm currently in the tnmn fandom and theres this person i really like their art that is also into tnmn (thats how i first knew about them). i found their deviantart and low and behold. that artist is watching kumadraws334 and her fans. reason why i wanna make them not support kuma is because i really wanna be friends with them but obviously were on diffrent sides of liking kuma. and like any other kuma fan.. im really afraid that they might block me and i lost my shot. tell me, how do i convince them not to like Kuma anymore?
