I’d say Meta Knight should have a victorious pose, a pose that shows him getting ready for battle, and a pose of him being taken off guard. I don’t have any ideas for Toad so far.

One more thing, while item suggestions aren’t on this post, I think I should suggest some along with a few character suggestions. For characters, I think Orbulon, Mrs. Mowz, Ashley and Red, and Olimar with his Pikmin could be cool to see. For items, Mario Power-Ups could be nice too, but seeing as you’d have to make extra sprites for Mario and the gang, I could see that being kind of annoying. Kirby final boss items could also be nice, like the Star Rod and the Love-Love Stick.
