One person or a few people being dumb. Doesn't mean automatically all of them are toxic. And a resault that just has the phrase in it isn't enough evidence to make a proper judgement.
Is it kids actually doing it? Or is it a Charcoal mask that is way too close to it?
Was it one kid? How old are they?
Also nah Gyaru is 100% racist and a great example of how racism can be way more complicated than people assume. And how being a PoC doesn't mean you can't be racist.
