At the end of Act 2, MC notes Yuri's fighting her glitches and decides to help her out. During the fight, a blue-haired kid steps in, and then Sayori steps in. The memories of Act 1 come back to MC, and, while remembering his feelings for Sayori, he FINALLY loses his personality. At the same time he loses it completely, the girls somehow fuse.
But did you really think we were done?

So apparently I used Natsayuri's laugh for that panel where the girls merge. But hey, Satsurika wouldn't fit as well since Monika never actually appeared.
