Maybe after Black Pearls rain they swam away and became Earth Bread Cookies and explore the forest then they landed in Beast-Yeast after that they met Elder Faerie and told the story of what they used to be and about the other Gem Mermaids so he used some kind of power to change there looks and voices incase if another Gem Mermaid would do the same thing but it's just a game theory
