why do almost every single one of my friends hate the things i like

friday night funkin? "THE MUSIC SUCKS"
not all does??

fundamental paper education? "ITS PAPER CUTOUTS!! STOP BEING WEIRD"
ok?? its cool and the characters are cool??

bfdi?? "IT FELL OFF!!! ITS FOR KIDS!! ITS NOT FUNNY!!"
they get millions of views and hold a stable fandom.. and nobody said its for kids??

i hate people who talk trash about things for no reason or just for the stupidest reasons
like they do it infront of my face and even the others tend to agree even
but okay?? i dont give a fuck?? ill like it no matter what you say about it.
its your opinion, cool. but you dont need to be a jerk to me about it just because I LIKE IT.
everyone has their own taste and everyone likes different things.

if you hate it, then thats fine! but what if i told you:
"COOKIE RUN SUCKS!!!" "TF2 IS TRASH!!!!" huh?? what would you say??
i dont expect you to be civilized if i start insulting you back for the things that you like
cause i know you'd cry about it if you really go your way out there to make people feel like crap
but guess what? I WOULDNT. because i dont care about the things that you like unless I LIKE IT TOO.

its so annoying hearing people talk about things that are supposed to intentionally be insulting and not just a professional opinion
the other day i was listening to a baldis basics song but it was the FPE video instead (because it literally doesnt matter its the same exact song)
and some of my friends noticed it while in a call, and they called me out for it like it was a bad thing.. OK???
SO WHAT IF ITS NOT ON THE ORIGINAL VIDEO AND ITS ON FPE?? I DONT CARE??

but hey, thats the internet. people will harass others for literally any reason nowadays.
i just want to enjoy things in peace is all.
