Good headcanon, but here's some things that I would change/add
1) To me, Gustavo and Peppino aren't related, but just friends. After all, they look kinda different, with Gustavo looking like the Gnome Forest Gnomes.
2) Make Pinolino Pissino's Brother, which in turn makes Peddito (the original father) his brother aswell
3) I don't think Peppina and Gustava are Peppino's daughters, personally. I see them more as Peppino's sisters.
4) Perhaps Pizzano and Peppino can be long lost Twins? I know they're the same person in Sugary spire, but still-\
