what purpose does the discarded noise recolors folder serve im confused

like couldn't you just add them to the noise recolors folder?

like I'm actually curious

any noise recolor in the folder that is a spoiler is a W.I.P., they have not been completed.

the hiker will not and will never be added to the studio, if anyone adds him I will delete him, this goes for sonic-bots too.

I added nose, though he's the biggest WIP ever.

hoise is a spoiler because he's in huge wip
