This does open the question on why Tarte didn't unalive Margarine's "dragon" but I think it falls under some sort of unfair bias
I haven't played the story yet so I'm gonna conceptualize a bit more, for now, this is the motivation
(I just want a character that isn't canonically evil in the game to be an antag since I barely do that and I see others do it so easily-)

hmm, i have an idea/extension onto that:
so, although the five don't have evil intentions and they fight the evil forces instead, tarte tatin could still be against them because her duties as a dragon hunter have convinced her that all dragons are evil and want to cause destruction. so, she hunts them and wants them gone because she assumes that they fight for the evil. maybe she could even have an arc of realization in the future where she realizes that someone having ties with the dragons or having their scales doesn't necessarily mean that they have will to do evil... hmm 🤔
