you can now filter out posts you don't want to see in your feed, including reposts, text-only posts and spoilers/sensitive/serious tagged posts, with the new "Feed Settings" button at the top of the feed. this should help people who don't want to get involved with drama stay out of it
i apologize that i can't do much more to help right now, but i promise whatever's going on right now will get better with time... people come back, and the site will slowly improve as people learn from their mistakes

Sorry people are making this whole thing your problem. I feel like they don't recognize that you're a person as well and there's literally nothing you can do except send some good vibes. Just an unfortunate thing all around.
But besides that, happy to see a helpful update! I'll be sure to keep it in mind!! <3
