user-submitted sprites are no longer locked to specific tabs. previously (for example) ovenbreak character sprites and kingdom character sprites were separate and depended on which one you were on when you sent it, but now they're unified - this should solve a lot of long-time confusion, i think
characters/props/effects/backgrounds are still separated, i will add a way to choose which section to post it to in the future but for right now it works the same as it did before
